You should have received a Guide to Orientation to assist you with Parts 1 & 2 of Orientation. (See image below)

Part 1: Office Visit Checklist

Completion of Paperwork Online:

Onboarding paperwork will be done using Proliant, which is also our Payroll provider. Please retain the username and password you created.

(*NOTE* These will be used to access your Paycheck information, etc.).

Work Permit:

(minors only)

Bring Two Forms of ID:

See the instructions below for the Acceptable forms of Identification for I9 completion.​

Uniform Fitting:

New hires must physically come to our main office to try on their uniform to proceed to Part 2 of orientation.

Part 2: In-Store Orientation

Store Walkthrough/Orientation

Your hiring manager will inform you of the date of the store walk-through via the guide, text, or phone call.

 Things you will need:

- Smile :)

  • Full uniform (shirt, pants, apron, hat/visor & button)

  • Black slip-resistant shoes that completely cover your foot. (Recommended to have these on the first day. You must have them after your 1st paycheck).​

Acceptable Forms of Identification for I9 Completion

You can provide a List B & List C item

or

You can provide a List A item

STEP 1

You have the option to download the My QSRSoft App to view your schedule.

Orientation is over... So what's next?

STEP 2

Your schedule will be posted in your store, but you'll also have the option to download the MyQSRSoft App for convenient access to it.

If you are not able to make your shift, you will need to call and speak with your manager to properly request off for a missed shift.

You should receive a text or email with your E.I.D. # (Employee Identification Number)

Username: EID

You will need Fred Training to complete/track your training progress.

Download the MCD App - Use the same email you used for your Fred training.
